NBR/PA66合金是以丁腈膠為主體，用PA66（尼龍66）做改性劑，用機(jī)械共混的方法生產(chǎn)的改性橡膠，其突出的特點(diǎn)就是即耐油又耐低溫。可用橡膠通用的工藝設(shè)備、材料和技術(shù)，生產(chǎn)各種橡膠制品。

丁腈膠有多種牌號(hào)，各種牌號(hào)的性能不同，通常用丁腈膠的丙烯腈含量不同來(lái)區(qū)分，就丁腈膠的耐油性能來(lái)說(shuō)，隨著丙烯腈含量的增加而變好，但低溫性能則變差。丁腈18的脆性溫度是-50℃；丁腈40的脆性溫度是-23℃。橡膠最寶貴的就是低溫彈性，丁腈18的低溫彈性好但耐油性能不好。人們一直在設(shè)法解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題，但效果不明顯。用尼龍66樹(shù)脂改性丁腈18，即保留了丁腈膠的低溫性能又將其耐油性能提高。

NBR/PA66合金由于尼龍的抗?jié)B透性，可否用在貯油、輸送橡膠制品。飛機(jī)軟油箱、加油管、空調(diào)膠管上。尼龍低摩擦系數(shù)等特點(diǎn)，可否用在旋轉(zhuǎn)密封件上減少唇部的摩擦生熱而增加壽命。

NBR40/PA66合金，比丁腈40的耐油性能更好，可用在采油工業(yè)設(shè)備的密封件上，提高使用壽命，增加可靠性。尼龍的耐油性、抗?jié)B透性可改善共混后材料這方面的性能，可否在油井封隔器上應(yīng)用減少低分子滲透產(chǎn)生的鼓包。

尼龍的抗?jié)B透性，減少了輸送介質(zhì)的擴(kuò)散，特別適合用航天、航空器的橡膠制品上，如自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的膜片、密封件、高壓油管等。

NBR40 / PA66 alloy has better oil resistance than nitrile 40. It can be used in seals of oil production industrial equipment to improve service life and reliability. The oil resistance and permeability resistance of nylon can improve the performance of the blended material. Can it be used in oil well packer to reduce the bulge caused by low molecular permeability.

The impermeability of nylon reduces the diffusion of conveying medium. It is especially suitable for rubber products of aerospace and aircraft, such as diaphragm, seal and high-pressure oil pipe of automatic regulation system.
